Our client is providing Client Side Project Management for some of the most recognised, exciting and challenging projects within the sports, entertainment, hospitality, leisure and residential sectors. Their list of projects is ever growing on reputation alone, driving significant growth in all aspects of the business. As a result there is an opportunity for a progressive Associate Project Director with a proactive mindset to join the business.

You will manage projects on behalf of high profile clients to deliver: construction; re-build; regen and fitout; upgrading and modernising some very well known public spaces within the leisure, entertainment, sports, hospitality and residential sectors.

Working directly for the owners of the business, you will not find an opportunity where your immediate managers will have a more vested interest in your success. The owners are hands on Project Managers who invest significant time and funding into developing their team to be the best they can, enabling them to deliver a best in class experience for their clients. The business is young, fast growing and independently funded - for the people who join now the opportunity for recognition and career development is poles apart from the established main contractors and consulting engineering firms.

Based from the Manchester office; you will work on a hybrid basis, splitting your time between office, client site or remote; and you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and package.

You should have previous experience of managing relevant projects within a consultancy environment; arenas, stadiums, large hospitality spaces and residential projects are ideal but not essential.
